What Drives Human Population Growth?

This graph (from Jeff Lindsey's Population page in 1995) depicts estimates of human population growth in the Christian era (the past 2,000 years).

Review the graph with your parent(s).  Identify when population growth began to take off, and discuss what might have triggered the explosion.  After you finish, draft your conclusion(s) and supporting reasoning.  Proofread your work for complete sentences, spelling, punctuation, capitalization and clarity.  Prepare a final draft for submission.
