Young, well-bred, well-dressed and well-groomed, this couple is very sophisticated.  True, they're also a might sexist (she is waiting on him after all); but the ad this picture came from was created in the 1970s.  By the 1990s cigars were promoted as a safe smoke for both men and women, and taken up by large numbers of both.  Can mouth, tongue and lip cancer be far behind?  (People who smoke cigars rarely inhale, thus the cancer producing elements concentrate in oral cavities rather than lungs.)
